Engaging with research programs is a valuable opportunity for STEM students. They can meet and work with people from the same field, expand their knowledge, and improve their resumes. The UW STEM Research Fair is a place where students can get information, and get one step closer to achieving their goals.
North Seattle College’s Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) and the University of Washington (UW) Office of Undergraduate Research host an incredible fair where students can meet and get valuable information from 14 departments of the UW, and six departments of North Seattle College.

The event will provide opportunities to learn about various departments and meet UW students who have transferred from community colleges successfully. Students can get information about undergraduate research programs of North Seattle College and UW, funding opportunities, and networks through the event. In addition, there will be a transfer support office, a helpful resource for Seattle Colleges students who want to transfer to the University of Washington to complete their education.
